Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

- We process shipments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

- We do not process new shipments during the 3–5 business days leading up to Christmas. Shipments are processed most other holidays unless otherwise announced.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Carriers

- We primarily ship orders using USPS.

- Larger orders may be shipped using UPS at our discretion.

- All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates

- We charge flat-rate shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

- International shipping rates are calculated as flat rates and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times

- International Orders: 1–2 weeks after dispatch, depending on customs and destination country.

International Shipping

- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local government.

- CavernHold is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking Orders

- All shipments include a tracking number.

- Customers will receive tracking details via email when their order ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

- If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery notice.

- We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. In some cases, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

- If your package has gone missing or is experiencing extended delays, please reach out to us so we can monitor its progress and assist in filing a claim if needed.

- CavernHold is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

- We also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.
